Salvador has numerous abilities that can give you free ammo right when you need it most, and can be a godsend to players who find themselves with limited resources. Inconceivable grants a chance for your shots to not consume any ammo at all, while 5 Shots or 6 takes it to the next level by adding the possibility that your shots will gain you bullets instead of spending them. Finally, Double Your Fun gives you a free second grenade whenever you throw one while Gunzerking.
When people are pushed to their limit, that's when their true colors show. This is very true of Salvador with skills like All Out of Bubblegum which increases fire rate when your shields are depleted and Ain't Got Time To Bleed which regenerates health based on how low your HP is. Just Got Real is also a must have for this build, as it dramatically increases damage when you're on low health. While you'll constantly be at risk of dying violently, so will all the bandits around you, which sounds like a fair trade off to us.
Sometimes, you just need to kill the bad guys. More than necessary, even. No Kill Like Overkill is exactly what you're looking for in those situations, as it transfers any excess damage dealt to a dead enemy over to a nearby foe. This skill is just generically powerful, and while it can fit into a lot of other builds, it makes great use of powerful weapons and skills that increase damage like Just Got Real. It's exactly the sort of skill that you want to build around. The Sexual Tyrannosaurus ability lets you regenerate health after taking damage, which synergizes very nicely with the aforementioned Berserk Button build.
Incite is another skill that can help you out when taking damage, as it increases you movement speed and reload rate. Whether you want to build Salvador into a tank who can absorb all that incoming hurt easily, or turn him into a low health berserker, this build is for you.

Firing my weapon is what I live for and I will fire until I die. When I have used all the rounds in my clip I will grab another weapon to fire, so that I never have to slow down. As a Gunzerker, I am adept at keeping my rifles always firing and my six-shooters never empty. With my skills I grant myself the ability to gain bonuses from swapping weapons and from firing my gun down to the last shot. I will use cover, be cautious and wait until I am ready to show the full extent of my ability before tackling my foes head-on.
My job and my duty is to draw fire and give it right back to my enemy, so that my allies may fight unscathed, to the fullest of their abilities. As I fire, I may find that, through my belief in my weapon, my magazines are refilled without a reload. When this happens I shall thank my weapon by feeding it more enemies as a gift.
